>RWA Update

>Heard this today on one of the yahoo loops…interesting development in the “are epublishers really publishers or not?” debate.

From RWA National Org website, http://www.rwanational.org/cs/publishers (you have to be a member to get to that site)

Non-Subsidy, Non-Vanity Publishers (as of 8/30/07)

The publishers on this page are non-subsidy, non-vanity publishers. Authors published by publishers on this list are welcome to submit to the “First Sales” and “Sold!” columns in the Romance Writers Report, enter the RITA, and join the Published Authors Network (PAN) — if the author meets the PAN membership requirements.

To report inaccuracies, for questions, or to request your publisher’s name be added to this list, send a request to RWA.

  1. >Thank you for the information and I would like to know can I post this on my blog too.Tonni

  2. >Tonni! It’s okay with me if you post it. I would recommend, if you know someone who can get into the RWA website that it be verified first. I am not a member, so I can’t verify it. I have complete faith in my source, but it’s worth double-checking anyway if you can.
